Okay Law works in constant communication with the human resources units of its corporate clients, updating the internal documents in order to ensure that the entire process is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation from the moment of negotiation to the end of the employment process and that internal compliance with the legislative amendments. As a reflection of this approach, it carries out in-house training through collaborative work with human resources units.
Also, in the sense of individual labor law, it provides legal services from the mediation stage, which is the first step at the beginning of the process to resolve the dispute, to the end of the judicial process, if any, in disputes arising from the termination of labor contracts.
